You might want to start collaborating with the Clinic by reading our current offer. Depending on your goals, you may choose a single service or one of the service packages tailored to your needs:

“Weight loss” – if you want to improve your body appearance, safely reduce unnecessary body fat and shape your figure – this package is for you! Within this package, we will not only help you to lose weight, but also to acquire good dietary habits, so that you can maintain the results in a permanent and healthy way.

“Therapy through diet” – this is the best choice if you suffer from such conditions as chronic fatigue, gastrointestinal disorders (e.g., stomach ache, flatulence, gaseous distension, diarrhoea, constipation, heartburn), if your test results are abnormal (e.g., anaemia, hypercholesterolaemia, hypertriglyceridaemia, hyperglycaemia, hyperuricaemia) or you suffer from diet-related diseases (e.g., coeliac disease, irritable bowel syndrome, SIBO, Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, type I and II diabetes, insulin resistance, reactive hypoglycaemia, thyroid disease, Hashimoto’s disease, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), chronic renal failure), if you are before, during or after oncological treatment or undergo dialysis treatment.

“Diet in sport” – choose this package if your main goal is to improve your sports performance, regenerate your body more quickly, have more energy, improve your training efficiency or prepare for competition better! The characteristic feature of this package is diet optimisation in terms of training and non-training days. If you decide to choose this form of collaboration, we will take care that you are well hydrated, help you to adapt your meals before, during and after training, and – if necessary – we will introduce suitable sport supplementation so that you can push yourself even harder!

Dietary consultation – during the first appointment, we will thoroughly analyse your diet taking into account your body composition, health condition and physical activity. We will talk about your food preferences and help you to set your diet goals. Knowing your needs and possibilities, we will help you to choose an optimal form of collaboration – an individual one-off diet plan or a service package. Remember that if you choose the service package, you will only pay the price difference between the package and the first consultation! Up to 3 days after the consultation, you will receive an e-mail from us with a summary of your initial dietary recommendations.

Dietary recommendations with an individual meal plan – this is the best choice if you need a one-off diet plan to use it over a longer period of time. The recommendations contain individual indications on your diet, a meal plan and the recommended calorie, protein, fats and carbohydrates content in your diet. It will also contain product substitutes, thanks to which you will be able to easily modify your daily diet, and a supplementation plan with daily doses and specific proposed products. Apart from our recommendations, we will also prepare for you an individual balanced meal plan with an optimum calorie, protein, fats and carbohydrates contents. The meal plan is divided into 7 days and contains 7 different propositions of each meal.

Psychonutrition consultation – If you are lacking motivation or do not know how to make changes to your current eating pattern, a great solution is to consult a psychodietitian who will provide you with multifaceted support! Also, if you are struggling with an eating disorder, such as anorexia, bulimia, orthorexia or binge eating, or if you often reach for food to suppress emotions, stress or boredom, come to us. Together, we will try to consciously regain control over your eating. During the consultation, we will set a goal for your actions, work on changing your relationship with food, look for potential causes of your difficulties and learn how to deal with them. After the meeting, you will get tools to help you control your habits and exercises to support you in making good eating decisions. You can benefit from a one-off psychonutrition consultation or a series of 6 consultations accompanied by a regular email contact with our psychodietitian.

Follow-up consultation – during the follow-up consultation, we will analyse the effect of the diet on the goal achievement. We will talk about both positive aspects and difficulties you are facing. We will analyse your current needs and possibilities and, if necessary, modify the diet plan by, e.g. adjusting the calorie content, recipes (up to 4 changes). The follow-up consultation frequency is set on an individual basis; usually, it is one appointment per month. Regular follow-up consultations will help you to consolidate good habits and the diet results, overcome possible difficulties and maintain high motivation.

Body composition analysis – it is a body composition scan based on the Bioelectric Impedance Analysis (BIA) method using InBody professional analyser (the measuring accuracy is approx. 98%). The assessment takes less than 60 seconds, enabling the determination of fat and muscle mass and percentage share, together with segmental analysis. Additionally, you will receive information on the level of your hydration and mineral substances content. These parameters will enable us to assess the condition of your organism, determine achievable goals and follow up your progress. Directly after the assessment, the dietician will walk you through the analysis results, which you will also receive by e-mail.

3 Buy the selected package or service

Choose the most convenient date for your first consultation. You can pay directly on the website. We can also send you our bank transfer details, if you prefer this form of payment.

4 Prepare yourself for the appointment

Regardless of whether you chose one of the packages, a dietary consultation or the body composition analysis, it is worth taking some time to prepare oneself for the appointment. Click on one of the buttons below to find out more.

5 Summary of the consultation

Within up to 3 working days after your dietary consultation, you will receive from us an e-mail with a summary and general tips on: individual dietary goals, initial recommendations on your diet, information on the basal and total metabolic rate, as well as the optimum caloric and microelements contents in your diet and initial supplementation recommendations.

6 Diet plans

Once you have paid for the package or one-off diet plan, you will receive from us an e-mail with your diet plan containing an individual 7-day menu with optimum caloric, protein, fats and carbohydrates content and dietary recommendations, together with product substitutes, thanks to which you will be able to easily modify your diet.
We will send you the diet plan within up to 7 working days of your consultation date.
