Chocolate muffins are a perfect sweet treat for people who want to eat healthy and maintain their figure. This recipe is also adequate for people on gluten-free and lactose-free diet.

Ingredients:
- 1 can read beans
- 2 eggs
- 2 bananas
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- Almond flakes – for decoration
- Approx. 50 g dark chocolate – for decoration
Method:
- Rinse beans on a sieve.
- Blend beans, bananas and eggs together until obtaining a thick mass.
- Add cocoa powder, honey and coconut oil. Mix together.
- Place the thick mass in muffin moulds (12 servings).
- Place dark chocolate in each mould and sprinkle with almonds.
- Bake for 30 minutes in the oven preheated to 180 C.
Nutritional value per one muffin:
- Caloric content: 110 kcal
- Protein: 3.4 g
- Carbohydrates: 12.7 g
- Fats: 4.5 g
