• Fresh strawberries \u2013 3 handfuls (210 g)<\/li>\n
• Coconut water \u2013 500 ml<\/li>\n
• Water \u2013 300 ml (preferably medium or highly mineralized)<\/li>\n
• Honey \u2013 1 teaspoon<\/li>\n
• Lime \u2013 juice from \u00bd lime<\/li>\n
• Salt \u2013 \u00bc teaspoon (preferably iodized salt)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Preparation:<\/h2>\n

  1. Thoroughly wash the strawberries and remove the stems.<\/li>\n
  2. Place the strawberries in a blender and blend until smooth.<\/li>\n
  3. Add the mineral water, coconut water, honey, lime juice, and salt. Blend again to combine all the ingredients.<\/li>\n
  4. Pour the drink into a pitcher and refrigerate for about an hour. The drink tastes best when chilled.<\/li>\n
  5. Before serving, stir well and pour into glasses. You can garnish with a slice of strawberry on the rim of the glass.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
