• Boiled beets – 450 g<\/li>\n
• Eggs – 3 pieces<\/li>\n
• Cocoa – 3 teaspoons<\/li>\n
• Erythritol – 6 tablespoons<\/li>\n
• Olive oil – 6 tablespoons<\/li>\n
• Cinnamon – 1 teaspoon<\/li>\n
• Salt – a pinch<\/li>\n
• Whole grain spelled flour – 1 cup<\/li>\n
• Baking powder – 1 teaspoon<\/li>\n
• Dark chocolate 80 – 100% – 50 g<\/li>\n
• Frozen cherries – 200 g<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Preparation:<\/h2>\n

  1. Put cooked beets, eggs, cocoa, erythritol, cinnamon and salt into the blender. Mix the ingredients until smooth.<\/li>\n
  2. Chop the chocolate into small pieces.<\/li>\n
  3. Mix spelled flour with baking powder and chopped chocolate. Add to the beetroot mixture and mix with the cherries.<\/li>\n
  4. Pour into a baking tin and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 30 minutes.<\/li>\n
  5. Chill the cake in the refrigerator and serve chilled.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
