Ingredients:<\/h3>\n
    \n
  • 540 g (1 jar) chickpeas<\/li>\n
  • 250 ml (1 cup) dates<\/li>\n
  • 2 tablespoon peanut butter<\/li>\n
  • 2 tablespoons bee honey<\/li>\n
  • 5 tablespoons cocoa powder<\/li>\n
  • 50 g (1\/2 bar) dark chocolate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Method:<\/h3>\n
      \n
    1. Place dates in a glass bowl, cover them with boiling water and set aside for 10-15 until they get softer.<\/li>\n
    2. Place well-drained chickpeas and dates in blender and blend them until obtaining a smooth paste.<\/li>\n
    3. Add peanut butter, cocoa powder, honey and blend again.<\/li>\n
    4. Place the paste in a bowl.<\/li>\n
    5. Chop the chocolate into small chunks, add it to the paste and mix together.<\/li>\n
    6. Form balls (if the paste is too sticky, leave it in the fridge so that it hardens).<\/li>\n
    7. Coat truffles with cocoa powder.<\/li>\n
    8. Keep them in the fridge.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
